Frankly I haven't had too many issues with these services but the bus is late getting to stops EVERY SINGLE DAY. I rely on these services to get to and from work, but yesterday, when it wasn't snowy or raining, sky was clear if a little windy and freezing out but I waited ALMOST 30 MINUTES, 15 minutes past its scheduled stop, before I turned around and went back home to call a cab. I SAW MY BUS down the street, knew it was only gonna be a few more minutes TILL IT ARRIVED AND IT NEVER SHOWED UP. The bus times on the website were now telling me my bus was due in 54 Minutes, AN HOUR. You had the means of putting out notices about route disruptions and delays but you never did, very unprofessional if I say so.

I go on the Trenton buses almost daily, since I live far from downtown. Most times, the people that drive the buses are rude, ignorant and just overall mean. What I have found is that it’s always the lady bus drivers that yell at their passengers, and are constantly in a bad mood.

The men are usually more relaxed and accommodating, but I still haven’t had many great experiences with them.
Nearly every time I go on their busses, they don’t drive too safely. They’re always going over a curb or getting too close to a car, to the point where I feel like I’m in danger.

Not to mention, I’ve been ignored at my stop a couple times, and my stop request ignored many times. It’s honestly like they don’t care.

This company really needs to hire people that care about the safety and wellbeing of their passengers, and are actually decent people that don’t yell at their passengers.

Once again I was left stranded miles away from home because the driver did not pick me up!
This has happened at least 4 or 5 times to me over the years whenever I have a late afternoon pickup. Then I am unable to call the office because they have closed for the day.
Not all of the drivers are like this. Just some of them.
Yesterday the driver was to pick me up at the medical centre across from the hospital at 4:15pm. Instead he picks up a woman at the hospital and drives her home. So the dispatcher sends him back to get me. He shows up but parks across the road out front of the hospital. He was far from the entranceway of the medical building so by the time I got halfway to the vehicle, he drove off despite me shouting and whistling for him. He only waited for 15 seconds before driving off! I triedcalling the office back but they were closed by this time.
Fortunately I was able to reach my daughter and she came out of her way to get me and drive me home. Quinte Access is a good service but some of their drivers need to be replaced with employees that care and take their job seriously.

I made arrangements with this company to pick up my special needs son at home and drop him at his program. Same time everyday. (NOT A HARD TASK). They had him get on the bus, to come home this afternoon and told him to get off!!! He wasn't scheduled is what the extremely rude lady said to me when I called to find out why?
They cant figure out the simplest of things. DON'T RELY ON THIS COMPANY !!!

Believe someone needs to randomly follow the buses and watch what they do and don't do. I've come down my hill to them ignoring the stop and just pulling out off Radeski and Front. I've seen them ignore people at stops. Sad really. I come from Nova Scotia and we have the buses like Belleville and would always be picked up treated with respect. I honestly believe my autistic daughter could drive better some days.

Very nice company! I use the bus to get to places like work, Loyalist College and to come home from College on weekends. I am now starting to use the on demand bus to get home from work.

The lady on the Belleville to Trenton bus is very rude and angry. She yelled at me for asking for a transfer ticket and it is not my first seeing her rude behavior.

Tried to book the boo tour in trenton. Was given 630pm pick up time. At 7 i went home. Just as i got inside, the bus came (the opposite way). I emailed to find out what happened and state my displeasure. Its been a week and no one thought i was worth a reply. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.
