Probably nice if you're white. We lived there for over 5 years and the mostly white residents really weren't comfortable with the visible minorities. Lots of dirty looks and underhanded comments and a few instances of outright racism; we couldn't handle it anymore and moved for no other reason. Most of the residents are old and white and really can't help but be nosy and gossipy, they've got nothing better to do. Be sure to wear a MAGA hat to the convoluted and very subjective interview process for extra points and make sure you talk about how appreciative you are of them for all the opportunities they've afforded you and everything they've done for you in this country and don't use complicated vocabulary so as not to embarrass them.
