Now open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Serving breakfast, lunch, dinner plus coffee & tea to anyone in the community wanting to drop in to the centre. Access to many local community resources and social programs. Now also featuring a "Community Closet" which accepts donations of clothing & household items on behalf of those in need. Definitely visit the website and/or sign up for the news letter. Served the community 50+ years with more people accessing services & having meals here than even before in the history of the program. An essential part of the community that goes above & beyond to help Centretown & its residents. Thanks 507 Staff! 😁

The staff, the patrons, are all amazing. Each has a unique story to be told, and all are worth knowing. The services offered are just right for adults in the area, and they even have food and drinksto offer those in need. Either dine in or to go are great things.

the space seemed nice and comforting cozy even... the people seemed alright... there was perhaps a drug recovery sesh in place around there the time i went for lunch... i mean just some peeeeps sitting around outside shaking their heads in disbelief? i thought maybe i missed a goood time soo anyhow i made my way inside and up some stairs.. thru a metal door... i was met by this cute lady taking names and showing me to a free seat well l actually you could sit anywhere and there werent that many peeps inside.. they sadly only served sliced n buttered bread and beeet soup... ick made me wannna do a fooood fight with the rest of the patrons scoring free meals...i did have some pb and honey and buttered bread is like heaven ... cant carry butter around all day every day safely..so buttered anything is a rarity... over all a lil ingenuity and table service led to a pretty goood meal and the soup was served hotttish so it was kinda relaxing. i didnt see no motion sensors in the bathroooms nor did i see any overdosers...beeeet soup!! GRRRRR. better be served with lots of pastries....the kind drenched in sticky honey or glazed icing sugar that make you both lick your chops clean as well as your fingers!

One of the current staples for low income people to get a coffee & a bite to eat. You can even socialize here, and they have various things on a monthly basis. The staff and patrons are all decent people who come from all walks of life.

Danielle was an absolute god send. She helped me complete an online program application and was so friendly and helpful. It really made the difference on a seemingly hopeless night. The world really needs more people like her.. the kind of person who shows respect and empathy to those in crisis. THANK YOU SO MUCH, DANIELLE!

Unreliable to the point of absurdity.

The staff here are great, but the leadership is awful. This place is closed WITHOUT WARNING so often it isn't worth going at all since it is such a dice roll. Sometimes MULTIPLE days per week you journey through the Canada weather to get there and realise that they are again closed WITHOUT WARNING when you see a group of guys sitting outside who also came and found them closed WITHOUT WARNING yet again and hanging out before the journey back.

The schedules on the website and Google are often both different and BOTH wrong, go to the Facebook page for the schedule an employee updates herself. If they didn't close WITHOUT WARNING so often the Facebook one could be considered reliable enough, at least, but most of us find out after wasting time learning the hard way that the Google and website schedules are BOTH wrong and just left like that.

The manager's policy of forcing everyone out into the weather twice per day for an hour each time means you need to schedule your day around it, and have to consider that you'll be forced out soon after getting there. That's if they aren't closed WITHOUT WARNING again, that is.

I fail to understand why a cleaner needs everyone to go into the cold or rain in order to pass a cloth across the table without just asking us to move our arms instead. Nobody else has an uncaring policy like this

A place so unreliable as 507 NEEDS to provide a way to find out DAY BY DAY if they are open or not. Until then, they are screwing people who are counting on them and who trek there through the weather only yo discover at the door that they are yet again closed WITHOUT WARNING.
