If I could give Amy 6 stars or 100 stars I would! She is absolutly the most knowledgeable person I have ever dealt with in this regard. I won't go anywhere else now! I've been using Amy for many years and I have not had any problems at all.. in FACT she has found me alot of money that others would not have found. And she's funny.. that's ALWAYS a plus! If you want a smart and caring advocate, Amy is IT. I cant give her enough praise, honestly!

Amy is absolutely exceptional! She is very knowledgeable, thorough and goes above and beyond for her clients. Amy genuinely cares about her clients! When there was an error (Government was withholding funds due to one of their policy changes), she addressed it right away with professionalism and got it fixed right away. I can’t recommend her enough! Thanks for always doing a fantastic job, Amy!!

We are so happy to have found Amy as we just moved to Woodstock and wanted to find someone close by. Amy has a wealth of knowledge and experience as well, Amy is super friendly and nice. She knows her stuff; however, She doesn't work on a first come, first serve basis and is a horrible communicator, NOT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is the 3rd year I have had to send messages inquiring about my return; months after I dropped my documents off (mid-March), I sent Messages on May 9 and May 28 and am still waiting for a response. Today is June 14 (3 Months later), and taxes are to be filed on June 17. I had to pick up my documents today because she had not communicated with me on the status of my taxes and whether I would be required to pay or get a refund (apparently 3 months is not long enough to complete them). Then lied and said she sent emails. I expect to have to pay taxes, and hopefully, the person I have secured at the last minute will be able to file for me by Monday, and I can pay without paying interest penalties.
This is other people's money she is messing with!!!
