90 edgehill dr has been coming along nicely since the new management and 2 of the tenants took it upon them selves to clean and restore the pond on there property and the natural wild life has been coming back I've even seen ducks there recently

Well kept. Very dated and entrance is poorly marked and in good shape driving wise for visitors. Google didn't even recognize address and was sending other locations even residents have dealt with time and time again being people getting lost visiting.

I would think towice before moving there somebody I know that lived on a 9th floor and her neighbour that is on the 9th floor while she wasn’t home he said that he saw one of the managements has keys to all apartments went in to her home and walks out then a fire started the man comes back opens the door to see smoke and letting her animals left there to die and she had a 7 moth old baby and accused her for smoking in her apartment when she doesn’t smoke and she has a baby and left her on the street she was homeless for 3 to 4 months I would say DO NOT LIVE AT THIS DUMP they don’t care about anyone and have NO RESPECT now they have new cameras and elevators for claiming the money six years ago which it was their fault for a fire set up NOT A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE AND THERES SHOOTINGS AND OTHER RED FLAGS I GIVE IT NO STARS BECAUSE THEY CANT DO THIER JOB RIGHT AND ITS NOT SAFE PLACE FOR A FAMILY

Not a bad place to live now that they have a new management company. There are going to be a lot of upgrades. The only drawback is problems with bed bugs

Great viewing in the back for fireworks as well seeing the snowbirds in the sky event on lakeshore.

This building has lots of issues, there are a lot of unusual people living here. Lots of false fire alarms, a shooting, and a few people who do not respect anyone. Think twice before renting here.
