They don't tell you that they hold your $250 deposit that you have to pay for your water bill until you leave the place you are in. They don't show you your deposit on your statements you just have to assume they still have it on file for you. There water and sewer bills are extremely high and their customer services sucks..

Water bills will double out of nowhere and it's extremely expensive. The worse part of the water service in the Town of Bancroft, is it random turns off without warning or notice. It's 7:00am we have kids and adults that need to get ready for their day and the water is off without warning. This has happened multiple times. Considering the price of both the water service and property tax in Bancroft of as high as I've seen, they should at the very least have a notification system.

Please fix the EV charger. Bancroft is one of the only spots over a very wide area that has EV infrastructure, and it's a bad look (on top of being inconvenient) for it to be out of service.

Thanks for blocking off the only way through Bancroft for a Santa Claus parade. Whoevers idea this was should be fired, absolutely ridiculous. Hundreds of cars backed up trying to travel in a snow storm for make believe time.
