Extraordinaire : un musée incroyable. On peut monter dans un bombardier Lancaster de la 2nde guerre mondiale en état de marche et dans d’autres avions. Les explications sont riches et passionnantes.

I was recommended to check out this museum on r/Alberta. Lots of paintings, pictures, and display cabinets to look at. Lots of personal testimonials from Bomber Command crews to read. Definitely worth checking out this place. The Lancaster is massive and you can tour the interior.

They have a BF 109. A rare sight to see.

We stumbled across this wonderful museum right as it was closing for the day. Everyone was welcoming and encouraged us to take a little look. We loved seeing the planes, especially the Lancaster, and will definitely visit again on a future vacation in Alberta. Well worth a look.

Fun family outing celebrating 80 years of freedom. Thank you to the staff for a special day remembering those whom made the ultimate sacrifice for freedom…lest we forget! World class museum with very informative and helpful staff. Will be back soon with more visitors.

Amazing Canadiam history! Unfriendly staff, not one gave a smile , I guess they are not used to seeing diversity, Nanton needs training on welcoming diversity if they want more tourists. Family self tour $20( entry by donation) . We will certainly NOT be stopping here on future road trips.
