I used to shop here regularly since it was so convenient being nearby, but it's been about 7 years since my last visit. I was pleasantly surprised by how much the inside has been updated, and even though I wasn’t familiar with the new layout, everything was easy to find. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and professional. It’s great to see the store doing well!

Shopping here was a joy! The layout was very stylish, and their business seemed quite busy.

The team members were definitely bustling around to compensate for this. I saw fresh sushi, and hot foods being prepared and stocked while shopping, and was greeted a number of times.

The signage here was large and accessible. Worth switching your weekly supermarket!

Always has a good selection of food, good lunch items and options, always has meat on sale, pretty decent prices compared to other places.

The cashier was very friendly and helpful and willing to answer all of my questions and even offered to get a manager for one of my questions.

I’ve been it the store a couple times this week and it stinks like sewer gas. If this continues I will call the AHS police. Northlands is getting worse every time I’m there. If it doesn’t get better, I will take our business elsewhere.

I like this store but why does it always smell so bad around the freezer/chip isles. It has for a very long time! Please fix this issue

Always friendly service. Wide produce selection with some of the freshest and best looking produce compared with other large chain grocers in town.

The selection of presh prepared food to go has been a great addition to this store. The chicken pieces taste great and I don't find it greasy.

However, I have to admit, I do flyer shop as Co-op can be on the pricier side. Sale prices tend to be really good for most things.

Went to the Northlands Co-op Boxing Day. Co-op unsalted butter was marked down to $3.99. When I got to the cash register I was charged $5.49. I told the cashier and went to take a picture of the sign. She called the (manager?) over and he said it was for a different product. I showed him the picture and he brought over a half pound of Lactancia butter and said that was the $3.99 item. He said someone moved the sign over. I said the sign wasn't moved and clearly stated it was the Co-op Gold unsalted butter. He denied it and said it was an incorrect sign and said he was removing it. I asked him if he would honor the sign and he said no. I couldn't believe it. I normally shop Calgary Co-op and have been a customer for over 20 years. I spend thousands of dollars a year and I refuse to shop at this Co-op any longer. I went back to my Calgary Co-op and asked them what they would do. They said they would definitely honor the sign. I now have converted to Safeway in Medicine Hat. Had to give 1 star to post this....i would rather it would be no star...
