Been to the hospital numerous times, had wonderful service in reception. Then the CT technicians were wonderful, caring and patient and kind. Can't get a better techs and service. Wonderful atmosphere make us very comfortable. A special thanks to Lisa for going above and beyond

First time here. I was sent here at by a doctor in another town and drove an hour and a half to get there. At 12 a.m., I arrived and was greeted rudely by a nurse behind a barred reception area and told to wait. A few mins later, I was greeted in a very warm and caring manner by Allison, who performed a CT on me. She was very caring and through and even took the time for a friendly chat while we waited for the doctor. That hospital would have only got a 2-star review, but Allison really boosted the rating

I went in earlier today, and right from the start to finish was the most pleasant people I have ever had to deal with. I came in with a crappy situation, and embarrassing one and they made me feel comfortable, and like this was ok, and treated me with pure kindness and respect. The doctor on duty was not judgemental and helped and his colleagues made sure everything was OK and I was comfortable, in a very uncomfortable situation. Thank you all. I don't have what it takes to be you. I wish I did.

The receptionists are rude, unprofessional and do just about anything to avoid their jobs. Went in on multiple occasions to experience the same "attitude" from numerous individuals. I was even told that they weren't going to be seeing me because I didn't have a health care card present with me. Legally they cannot refuse the service of medical aid even if I don't have a valid health care card with me, or if it's expired. Instead they need to charge for the medical attention given, however it's fairly clear they don't want or need their jobs all that badly.

Having lived half of my life in larger cities and presently living is a small rural town, I had some reservations about being referred to smaller center Hospital for a minor surgery. In the past I worked for two city hospitals in the area of counseling and was well aware of the "pecking order" or hierarchy in those systems. But from the moment I entered into the Melfort Hospital to moment I left it, the staff were very respectful to me and other patients waiting for surgery. They kept us informed and were willing to offer us things that would make us more comfortable. It is only 7 hours from the surgery but I am confident that it was successful. What a nice balance between skilled and caring workers. Thanks.

I walked into Melfort Hospital earlier this evening with my 2yr old. Dr. Iggy (sorry if I misspelled) and the nurses their were great to deal with even though I had a bawling toddler. They tried to console him with a little bit of luck but by the time we left we all had my boy crack a smile. With no wait time and a quick, very easy, less than 30 minute stop, these folks truly know what care and extended care really is. Kudos!

Dr. Iggy, you have to be one of the most respectful doctors I`ve encounted. Thank you for being for being kind, understanding and communicative. It was truly a pleasure to have you look after my son tonight. Thank you.

I would like to thank the staff at Melfort Hospital. I am sure that I am alive today only because of you. The fact that I am from Smeaton a d decided to go to Melfort for some business yesterday morning and was near the hospital when I was in trouble was of great help.
