Saw Nima in the West 4th office but he said he works in the West Vancouver office permanently. He renewed my car insurance down there, he was very patient and informative. Mandana is a superstar!

We had a really complicated transaction, involving transferring plates from a car that had been scrapped and an insurance policy that had expired. Another broker had tried for an hour and a half, including several calls to ICBC, with no success. However, Mandana cracked the code and we couldn't recommend her highly enough.

We'll definitely be back next year, thank you again!

Very professional, honest, transparent, and most importantly KNOWLEDGEABLE!! A lot of people in the insurance world, only aim to sell their products. But Nima is the one who knows what he is talking about, and he cares for the interests of his clients. Big thumbs up to NIMA!
