From the first day of class I knew I was in the right spot, as Jodi, Melissa, Nicole, are the most amazing, smart, nicest people, that just want to watch you succeed. Thank you so much Jodi, for not only being a teacher but being such a big supporter towards me, for the last 2 months I’ve been in classes, from starting with the first aid, transportation endorsement onto the Advanced first aid. You’ve filled my brain with so much information, and have really opened my eyes and taught me so much. I’ve walked out of your class with so much confidence, and so ready to work.

Recently completed AFA. From front desk reception to course completion was a very positive experience. Jodi, Melissa and Nicole provided a calm, relaxed, stress free and organized classroom learning environment. Teaching to needs of every student in the classroom, positive feedback and correction when needed. Very solid and knowledgeable lectures engaging all students attention. Tons of practise time to practise hands on skills, very calm, organized testing environment.
Awesome job ladies. Highly recommend Jodi and her staff.

Just recently done my 2 weeks OFA3 course with Jodi and Nicole and I am so glad i done it whot them.
It was my second time talking OFA3 after 3 years, however this was the number one confidence/knowledge building one.
No that they where just knowledgeable but they just know how to pass that knowledgeable to the classroom.
Absolutely loved the way they teach.

Jody was an amazing instructor, I was sad to not see her anymore when I finished my OFA 3 last year, she was a lot of fun and very good at her job I learned a lot from her and I feel very grateful for everything she taught me. What a good business! You guys rock. I might not have decided to be a medic but this course taught me a lot of valuable skills for when I get into health care!

I took this course once before and I had a bad experience so I was told to go to upbeat and I did not regret it.
The instructor Jody was amazing she was very thorough and helpful and she was very professional.
She made my experience so much better and I felt way more confident and comfortable with the learning I got out of it, I will definitely be taking my courses with upbeat from now on and advising others to go to them as well.

I am a Google guide and I have to say hands-down this safety training place does an excellent job they know how to teach all types of learners the visual displays for learning are amazing and the tactile materials gives me the confidence I need to make a great medic I have not even finished the course yet and I have not done my major practical exams but I am confident that I’m going to pass it because this training center does such a good job teaching people thank you so much. The instructor assist us on her own lunch break because we wanted to continue to practice skills they go above and beyond I just want say I really appreciate it. Lastly the instructors are extremely professional in their mannerisms even when students are light joking about certain things the instructor stayed professional. I am extremely impressed with instructors mannerism. As a person with ADHD I learn differently but I did not struggle with absorbing the material I never felt like I needed to show the instructor my diagnosis or defend myself in any way I never felt like I was left out or left behind. Thank you so much again I am so grateful. I had an awful experience at another training facility so I decided to go to upbeat and I don’t regret it. If you see this review don’t hesitate choose Up-Beat. UPDATE I not only passed I also went back and helped tutor two other people. It’s not an easy course but the instructors are excellent.
