Don't book for bday parties. I booked my son's 6th birthday months in advance. Two days before they canceled and said that I could re book or get a full refund. I emailed back saying I wanted a full refund. It's been over a week and no refund. I have emailed 3 times with no reply, even tried to call and leave a voice mail. I get having to cancel but to be ghosted about the refund is what bugs me. I want my 200.00 back.

I recently supported Safety City, and I was really impressed! They do great work 'teaching children safety for life' and it’s clear that they're making a real difference! The staff and volunteers are friendly and truly care about what they do! I definitely recommend getting involved with Safety City! It’s a fantastic organization doing important work!

Really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately I wouldn’t trust them to take the garbage out let alone take care of my child.

The first red flag came when a week before my child was scheduled to have a 4 day camp there I had recieved nothing about it, no information about what to bring, where to drop off, etc. I emailed to ask if there was maybe a mistake and did not get a reply. A few days later (3 days before camp starts) I get a general copy paste email about the schedule for a 5 day camp, outlining all 5 topics covered, one per day. I chalked it up as just a email they send out to everyone, they just didn’t adjust for the different schedule. No big deal, at least it had info on what to bring, when his bike was needed, etc.

The second red flag came on day 3, during pick up at 4:45 pm I was told “oh by the way we need a 4:00 at the latest pick up tomorrow, we booked a birthday party.” I work until 4:30, which is why I scheduled the late pick up. Why am I being given basically no notice that you need me to find other arrangements less than a day in advance? Why would you book a birthday party when you already have students in a camp there?

The third, and most alarming, red flag came the following morning. I arrive at 8:00 am to drop off my child, as usual. I see two parents with their children standing in the parking lot, strange? When we get out of our vehicle one of the other parents inform me the doors are locked, no one is inside, and no one is answering any of two numbers listed. He has tried numerous times, to no avail. I also call just to see, and sure enough no answer. I waited until 8:30, calling a few times to try and get an answer (my child’s bike was left there from the day before, so I really don’t want to just leave it there) but by this time I am severely late to work and have no child care. The other two parents are in the same boat, and we are all clearly frustrated. I luckily was able to get my son a last minute spot at his day home, so I left to take him there. The other two children did not have this option, unfortunately for them! I had to send my mother in law there to pick up my sons bike once someone finally opened the doors (sometime after 9 or so, I’m not sure what time they finally did arrive as I still have not heard from them).

Bringing me to my final red flag, they have refused to answer any email, any phone call, any voicemail. There has not been so much as an explanation offered, let alone an apology or a refund for the day I paid for, didn’t get to use there and then had to pay my day home for when I took my child there instead.

Please don’t send your children here, if you aren’t responsible or professional enough to answer the phone you should not be responsible for a child’s wellbeing.

We had an amazing day . The kids had lots of fun. There is enough room to have fun outdoor activities in addition to quad biking. Thanks Misty for your support.

Booked a birthday party with them they sent me an EMAIL in the evening canceling 5 days before the party and now I have been waiting well over a week for a refund. They never answer their emails nor do they EVER answer the phone. Shut this place down it’s a joke.

Pretty sweet place!
We finally made it out here for school field trip after living here for 2 decades lol.
The kiddos learn pretty quick!
Suggestions: put a stamper/marker in each mailbox for their passports. Also the place needs some aesthetic upgrades. Some bruising are starting to fall apart. It would be SO cool if we could go inside each building and see some more cool things.

Amy was amazing and helpful, as a Greendrop lawn Tech I was able to complete her service with no problems...and would definitely consider bringing my children to enjoy their facility's.
