My grandpa has been unreachable for 3 days. Luckily, due to the immense strength of the staff at this establishment, I was able to call the front desk (literally, 44 times) and still not have anyone pick up. This is a retirement facility, shouldn’t the loved ones of the resident be able to reach an employee? I may be mistaken, but isn’t that exactly what the resident is paying for? Great job, Green Acres, or should I say “Anchors”? Thanks for anchoring or capsizing communication to the seniors that pay your wages.
