My oldest attended The Chestermere Community Playschool last year and we had a great experience. She felt welcomed and grew so much in her time there. It's clear the teachers care about and are excited to be with the kids. The teachers are very accommodating and willing to go above and beyond to ensure kids feel comfortable and welcome. We loved the skating days, daily gym time, play based learning, special guests and new themes every month. Very happy with our choice.

Two of my children have attended the Playschool and my third will be starting this fall — we’ve had such a great experience every time. The teachers are incredibly experienced, with over a decade of dedication to the program, and it really shows in the engaging themes, activities, and the warm environment they create. One of the best parts is the location in the rec center — the kids get daily gym time and even go skating once a month! I would highly recommend this Playschool to any family looking for a fun and enriching start to their child’s learning journey.

We have had such an amazing experience with the playschool. How many preschools give kids a chance to run and play in an entire full size gymnasium every day, or offer monthly skating time? The teachers do such a great job of keeping the kids engaged and creating space for them to feel comfortable so they can grow and learn. The teachers have been absolutely stellar in working with us to find solutions when our little is dealing with big feelings, both offering ideas and asking us for input. Keeping everything play-centred means not only do the kids learn, but they are excited about school. We are so glad we chose to be part of the playschool community.

My daughter attended Chestermere Community Playschool this year and has had an overwhelmingly positive experience. The teachers are friendly, knowledgeable, well organized, and creative. They work to create unique theme-based centres for each month that keep the children engaged and excited about learning. The classroom is welcoming and setup for both large and small group learning experiences to take place. Chestermere Community Playschool also offers the students the opportunity to play in a full sized gym, as well as monthly skate days and special guest speakers. All of these features, in addition to students being responsible for their lunch kits, backpacks and indoor shoes, mirror a kindergarten experience in a way many playschool programs do not. I know my child has learned a great deal and will be better prepared to start kindergarten because of the experience she has had this year.

My daughter has attending the playschool for 2 years and it was the best choice! The two teachers are so friendly, welcoming, fun and accommodating. The space is perfect with regular themes, activities and special guests. We love the daily gym time and the once monthly skate day!

Will be sad to say goodbye at the end of this year as we move on to kindergarten. I would recommend this playschool 10/10 to anyone considering. Call and set up a tour!

We love everything about this Playschool! Amazing teachers with excellent skills, (one has been with the Playschool for many, many years and has a ton of education, and the other has also been trained in speech, behavior, fine motor, etc and is also such an advocate for our preschoolers). The facilities are amazing; each day the kids have access to a huge gym or they can enjoy the large park outside (weather permitting), and each month in the winter our kids get to skate on the rink. The Teachers’ play-based learning approach makes it fun for the kids to learn while becoming kindergarten ready. (My older son had no problem taking on Kindergarten after this program).

This Playschool is truly part of the community as they have recently celebrated 35 years in Chestermere. It is the most affordable program in town and both my boys and I have met some life-long friends in the process. Highly Recommend!

This has been my daughter's first year in any sort of program. At 3 years old I was a little bit nervous, but was really looking forward to her socializing with other children her age (considering we would be home with a newborn). The teachers have been absolutely amazing, and she talks about them all the time, anybody who has kids knows that is a good sign. I love getting to ask her about her day and hearing about all the stations and activities they do with the kids. I would highly recommend this program to anybody who asks! We are already registered for next year!
