Nice people but the whole concept is a little sketchy. Took 3 months for resume. 6 week paid placement doesn't exist. Government is paying them $250 dollars a month, so I think they purposely drag the process out.

Waited nineteen weeks for help from these people on ei to change my career did 3 intake appointments yeah ei ran out got no help whatsoever on anything.... I don't suggest using them I feel sorry for any people that actually do need help that use their services because they're probably homeless now

All they do is look for job on indeed don’t waste your time. I was told they could make me a excellent resume. I get that they're a free service but the resume I received from them was basically just the same one I sent them (which was auto formatted from indeed).
I sent them a message concerning my displeasure and they abandoned me as a client. I just need help getting a job and these people COMPLETETLY failed to help me at all

Did the yjc program and loved it. Made me feel welcomed, experienced, trained & met some great people made some money to while learning how to have basic skills in the workplace. I got a job at timmies through this program.
The way they have the paper system is messey i would have preferred a booklet to have instead of a bunch a loose paper.
They also have it where when you get placed after 2 months the "job placement" may or may not keep you. stability is no where to be seen with the yjc program.

They couldnt find me a job but they were very nice and always kept me up to date, the effort they put into training people to find jobs seems immense.

The experience was terrible, no help, I was ignored, and when I went to reception again, she rolled her eyes and told me I had to speak to the other lady first, which she (the receptionist) had not mentioned to me in the first place... Incompetant!!
