I am pleased to share my own experience with Nokee Kwe. I started this journey back in October 2020 with Blanca in Nokee Kwe. Since the first e-mail sent to Nokee Kwe, I received a professional quick respond with information and steps to start my journey. Blanca from Nokee Kwe became my support and guide to build a solid file. We had weekly meetings focused on the same direction, working as a team to reach my goals. Second Career process was a challenger journey for me but with professional and effective assistance, then it was possible. Thanks Blanca and Nokee Kwe.

I went in to Nokee Kwe (South London Employment Help Centre) to get information on The Second Career program.

I met with Blanca Alagon who was extremely helpful and always on time.
She helped me from start to finish and went out of her way to make sure my application was perfect before sending it in for review.

I was accepted into the SC program and i owe alot of it to the organizational and professional skills and help that Blanca brought forward.

After being put into the Nanda coding course it seems no one really cares whether you ink or swim. The Nanda course was developed for people who already have some kind of coding experience. It is difficult, hard to understand for newbie beginners. I think the government just wanted to show they were trying to help and thru the money out without actually getting involved and seeing what was being done. I feel that this too is just going to be another funded "go nowhere" job bank kinda deal. Sure they can show numbers going in BUT how many will successfully come out with that certificate? My suggestion is that if you dont even know BASIC dont get into the course. One star for a very poorly thought out idea.

This place plays favorites with the patrons of it's services. Do not expect them to address discrimination and/or harassment complaints; they shun fairness and condone cruel comments made by clique, long-standing clients. I am an advocate for services like these and the activist in me is woefully disappointed in the quality of care they showed me over all; as the two professionals that could have have vouched for me and our rapport, passively just let me be targeted even after I pleaded for some support. A couple of the staff I met, have deep seated prejudice that they act unaware of and almost innocently made slight comments themselves. I was shocked to be made aware of these things, being very forcefully intuitive of these things myself. I was in a nutshell told that they have no client satisfaction policies by the administrator, insulted and dismissed. I sit and wonder if it is time to take action against things of this nature, here in London; enough is enough! What a horrible pattern this city and a lot of it's overexerted services are in; if I could write this review and leave no stars or half a star I would.

Had a wonderful experience with Nokee Kwe. The staff were exceptionally kind, understanding and helpful. They provided me with numerous resources and really guided me on my journey to employment! Would 10/10 recommend.

I started The Nanda Program through the Nokee Kwe Centre and absolutely love it. I highly recommend it. It’s a free coding program and if you are interested please give them a call.
