It's a good place to live as it is close to university and the GRT stations. Soundproofing is nice, and there are no pest issues. Gym is a little lacking, and the laundry room is not ensuite. But otherwise, I have no other issues.

Best apartment building to live in in all of Northdale/around UW and Laurier. Much more affordable than others (consistently at least 1/3 cheaper than elsewhere), clean, safe, and well-maintained. Treats residents with respect.

Also the absolute best location in central Waterloo, located across the street from the ION station, bus station, UW, and close to the plaza, Waterloo Park, and more. ~10 minute walk to WLU too. Best place I’ve ever lived—stayed here for 3 years in two different rooms.

Great place to live. It has a nice private courtyard and a really fun community. Would recommend it to anyone looking for an inexpensive place to live near the University Waterloo or Wilfred Laurier.

One of the best and cheapest places near university. Clean building and really friendly staff.
Sometimes you see pets though they are supposedly not allowed.

The place is clean,quiet, good place to rent to stay. I would recommend this place to my friends. Heated underground parking lot. Lots of room to park.
