Terri is an unreliable person, not holding her promises.
When I first contacted her because I was interested in a unit, she told me that other people contacted her before me, and she is waiting for their response and told me that "this is how I do it". I waited two days, the amount of time she told me she gave those other people to make up their mind.
When I called, she told me those other people rejected the unit, and I asked for a video call. It took her multiple days to answer. When finally we had the video call, I replied her email and told her that I was interested.
She did not answer, and when I called her again, next morning, she told me that she has leased the unit to another other person. She clearly did not wait for my response, as she previously advertised, and when I confronted her about it, she even hung the phone on me.
Do not believe what she says, she may as well be trying to deceive you, only thinking about her convenience.

Great experience as a tenant of Student Village Housing! Terri is responsive, friendly and helpful, and the SVH team (Jen, Kirk, etc) are respectful and reliable contacts for repairs, housekeeping, etc. Highly recommend!
