Wow what service Dan and Dave offered. Once I reached out to Nusite about my leaky basement Dan and Dave came over right away and took action. The team came to set up right away and the professionalism everyone had was incredible. I noticed it right away before they walked in the covered the floors to protect them , they set up a fan to blow any dust to have it go outside and then started the project. Within 24 hours the job was complete ! It takes a lot to impress me being in the construction industry but Nusite did ! Thanks Dan and Dave for a job well done !

Nusite just waterproofed our house yesterday. Dave came by a couple of weeks ago to take a look at our job and it was obvious that he knew what he was talking about. He discussed all of the possible scenarios and options based on his knowledge and experience working on other properties in the neighborhood. He was flexible and willing to listen to our needs and desires and respected our opinion. He pointed out the pros and cons of each option and quoted us for two different scenarios depending on what his crew found when they dug down. We had a retaining wall and fence post that might be in the way and we really wanted them to try and limit the disruption in that area. He made no promises and I did as much as I could to clear their path by removing my deck and fortunately they were able to navigate the fence post and retaining wall without just bulldozing their way through which would have been the path of least resistance for them. Our project was also complicated by the fact that our neighbor has a renovation ongoing and it just so happened that they were having their HVAC installed on the same day. Nusite’s crew was flexible and successfully communicated with the neighboring crew and they both got their respective jobs done.
Most impressively when game day arrived they brought in 12 guys and completed they job which was about 80 linear feet in one day. Done and dusted! There was one minor thing I wanted them to address and they were back the next day to deal with it to my satisfaction. I could not be happier with their service! Dave and his foreman Karel are the best!

The Nusite Team did a great job on our basement waterproofing project. Marco and the team were professional and cordial. They worked with us to manage to soil removal and storage to stage it in a way that would be least disruptive to our neighbours. They were responsive to our requests and worked well to solve arising issues. They left our property very clean and tidy.

I would like to give my thanks to Milton, Jacob, Eric and all those at Nusite who helped deliver a long time wish into reality.

I have a backsplit home, and about 40% the footprint of the house is a crawl space which is (3'10") tall.
Naturally, I wanted this "dead" space made more functional.

Basic overview of work:
I wanted the finished product to be 8ft in height.
Two crawlspace rooms to be merged.
Load bearing wall between rooms to be knocked out and replaced with steel I-beam.
Final room footprint is 20' X 20'.
They would need to excavate about 4-5 feet down.
Overpour method used for extending foundations walls.
3' X 2' Egress window required.
Interior and exterior waterproofing is what I wanted as well.
Sump pump with battery backup.

After getting all the engineering plans approved, Nusite was able to deliver their "A" game.
Milton was my point of contact and put Jacob's team on the job.
I must admit that Jacobs crew (as promised) was super tidy.
They used drop cloths everywhere, used poly sheets to contain all the construction dust.
They even lined up the shovels and vacuumed the staircases they used; very good attention to detail.
They were respectful to any concerns I had along the way. Answered all my questions professionally.
The house remained functional all thru the project.

Eric, thank you for putting together a company that can deliver what it says it can do; much appreciated.

The pricing came in just under 100k after tax which was quoted.
No unexpected delays once the project was started.

I would recommend Nusite for any basement work.

Outstanding.
We called Nusite to waterproof our house that was built in the 30’s. Waterproofing had to be performed from the inside due to the benchfooting. Gemil was our rep and his knowledge and professionalism was obvious and very much appreciated. The Nusite team came in and the job was quick, clean and stress free. I had a leak in my basement and called Justin and Geoff from Nusite because they had done previous work for me. Justin came to do an assessment on the same day. He and Geoff provided a very fair estimate which was significantly better than other estimates. He diagnosed 2 contributing factors that others did not The work was done quickly, professionally, efficiently, timely price points, that was unbeatable.
