For a town of this size, Riverlodge is a great facility. You can find a drop-in gym, his and hers cedar saunas, open gym to play sports, a pottery studio, a bouldering room (has fixed holds and children's toy storage inside). Mon- Friday opens at 6am-9pm.

Riverlodge has a great selection of amenities that everyone can enjoy! Their summer programs are a hit with the kids and their workout facilities are clean and a popular spot. Showers as well as sauna rooms are available in the changing rooms.

Incredible weight room. Very old school but with a ton of quality equipment. Very glad to have stopped in to train legs there. If you want a quality workout with some legitimately incredible pieces of equipment then drop in here.

I want to specifically thank clerk Zoe Sivyer for going above and beyond in helping me with questions about the weight room before I arrived. Thank you so much!

Clean. Was used for a child's birthday party which I attended. The kitchen has what you need to put your food. There is more than enough space for setting up of their tables and a play area for the children. I've been here many times for birthday parties. A good safe inviting environment to have family and friends together to celebrate your special occasion.

My rating is 5 moreso because I went to the spring craft fair they held there. Regardless, the place was able to hold a substantially sized fair and have it running smoothly and it was extremely well organized. It was jam packed with tables filled with tons of amazing items of all sorts but not unmanageable or too stressful, even with the large crowds of people milling about. Definitely an excellent choice to hold events of that sort in Kitimat.

This facility has so much history as soon as you walk through the very doors and will have you intrigued by all the memories of great athletes, organizations and so much more that have made their mark within kitimat and apart of the facility.

The center offers many activities for children, adults and senior to promote a healthy balanced lifestyle. If you love soccer and softball the facility also has some amazing fields. If you are looking for a quite gym and yet a iron old school gym with the essentials and a few new machines then be sure to grab a membership that gives you access to both the center and as well as the pool located over by city center mall here in kitimat. This gym is serving me very well especially during these times and uncertainty of coviid.
