I registered my 3 year old for stay and play. Specifically asked if he could register as he turns 4 in November and his birthday is in 2015 so same year as kids who were already 4. I was advised that it would be discretion of parents and the recreation leaders. If they felt he could not do something then he would be asked to withdraw. I was OK with this as I felt he was ready.
I dropped him off first day of the stay n play he was fine I signed papers. 10 minutes after I left I am called to come back and get him as he is only 3 and they require an ECE to have him in program.
I feel this was not fair to him as he had no issues and I had specifically asked this question when I registered. Now my son has no summer camp like he was promised and I was basically lied to because I would never of tol him about camp as it was my main question.
I am getting a refund but I am writing the review to let other parents know even if you ask the correct questions. They have no idea what they are doing.
