I came to the covenant house in a bad time in my life, I wasn't myself. They helped and stayed with me even after I got sick

Guys u don't wane come here this place sucks all the staff are not bad but there is bunch of them that are disrespectful I been here for a month especially like a lot of staffs that work upstairs without Vida and Don and some of the staffs if u have family u should stay there and especially so of the stuff don't care if u are with crazy person or mentally problem, according to regulations this don't suppose to be happening if someone have mentally illness he have to be in comfortable zone with his own room. And specially Andrew and Lindy are the best person's

YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!! One of the worst posters ever, on the subway in Toronto, of a BABY. Where are your ethics? Sure there are homeless that need help, but don't need to do it with a baby!

This place is good in terms of having a place to stay , in the mean time of course everybody situation is different and I am grateful for having a place to stay but there is just so much room for improvement staff are just very rude and inconsiderate and unprofessional like you can tell who’s there for a passion of social work and who’s there just for the money there is big difference in there demeanour and character , if your end goal is getting housing then you should explore your options else where because you won’t get the housing in your criteria for example take this in consideration they wouldn’t be speaking the way they would if a supervisor or quality assurance worker was right beside the workers 24/7 the youth workers have a change in character like they go from bad to good when there is someone of big supervision in there presence

Without Covenant House I would still be homeless today. Thank you Almaz, Alan, Brad and every other staff for everything that you did for me while i was there. This place will help you alot if you want it to! This is not just a shelter this is a place of opportunity!
Again thank you for everything ❤️! I will never forget about how much you have impacted my life. I donate as often to Covey every month and have been looking at putting them into my will and it is my biggest hope that this money will help another young person the same way that other people have helped me. I believe that paying it forward is a very important thing to do these days.
