The building is very dirty with a lot of garbage and graffiti in the parking garage. There is no way for visitors to enter the parking garage other than tailgating or being let in.

The building has no visible security.
4 people are allowed in the elevator during the pandemic, but that all seems to go out the window when you wait 20 minutes for an elevator and it arrives with 6 people in it. Both times I took the elevator, it was crammed with 6+ people with more trying to get on.
