Let me tell you about this building it is the WORST CO-OP in Toronto! BED BUG ROACH INFESTED BUILDING, MANAGEMENT IS A BUNCH OF RASICT INDIANS WHO MAKE THEIR FRIENDS LEAVE FAKE REVIEWS SO THE BUILDING LOOKS GOOD! If housing calls you to take an offer DECLINE! You will be miserable! They send letters on letters trying to get money out of you! & when you say your bringing it to court they say nvm! If your garbage isn’t pushed all the way down the chute because sometimes it’s so full they will charge you an extra 50 dollars each time! If you put a pizza box in there you will also get charged 50 dollars but the garbage room closes early and the building is roach infested so if you leave it out on your counter you’re going to wake up to a nasty party! STAY AWAY FROM THERE! DECLINE THE OFFER
