Awesome place to Live, most neighbour's are friendly and kind.
Some others, not so much...I believe others NEED to be informed and educated on trauma.

It's infested with roaches and bed bugs and the ventilation is terrible. The smoke from people who smoke indoors seeps into other apartments through this antiquated system. There are many here who are filthy and unable to clean their apartments, and they refuse to raise the rent to a higher standard. The buildings here are very old and badly need upgrading.
