Associa has been a huge improvement over our previous property management company. They’ve stepped into a very difficult situation—cleaning up the mess left behind by our former manager—and already we’re seeing real progress.

Our current Strata Manager, Kim Wall, has been outstanding. She’s responsive, professional, and genuinely seems to care about our community. After such a frustrating experience before, it’s a huge relief to work with someone we trust to follow through and act in our best interest.

I’m also familiar with David Kent, who manages a separate property I’m involved with (where I’m not on council), and he has been just as professional and reliable in all my interactions with him.

Associa is restoring our confidence in what good strata management should look like. Highly recommend.

I went on the webinar "Community Building" thinking it might be about community building in MY small condo building-where neighbours seem suspicious of one another and the Strata Council seems to do little but squabble and then ask for money. All meetings are now on-line with Associa-that I find cold and impersonal. And make mistakes-I've been double charged a few times. No, the webinar was all about Associa's wonderful financial support, scholarships, and community building for their employees-especially the ones in Texas. I feel sick.

I think I posted this on the wrong site...I'm in Vancouver, not Kelowna...but I'm seeing some reviews here that I can relate to....

Literally the worst company I've dealt with in Kelowna. As a business owner as well as an owner in one of their buildings they managed, I can confidently say that they are unprofessional and severely unorganized.

We had a new property manager several times per year, it was horrible getting a hold of someone to solve issues. They didn't follow the strata rules when issues occurred as far as fixing things like plumbing etc.

If you're buying a condo with them as the strata company - I would be cautious. I personally will never buy again if they are involved.
