I love all the staff they are all really friendly and caring love chatting with them and joking around I'm normally a nervous person but I feel safe and happy being around here most of the time my cat loves them as well and they make sure to look after her for me when I need them too I have one thing I would like is hugs may seem weird to some but everyone needs a hug and I'm a huggy person lol ❤️?☺️

Dropped off items, staff Harris was friendly, caring and helpful. He helped me bring items from my car. He was very informative.

They let people use fentanyle in front of me all night with recourse. I reported It and then prompted asked to leave as I was insistent ....firm but reasonable . They threw me out and let the drug addict stay . I don't usual leave reviews but this place has its priority messed up. Also as soon as I arrive I was offered drugs within seconds. The staff do not care and the sleeping area is so bad many choose to camp at a homless encampment near by instead of staying here. Corrupt . SHAME.

This is the most Corrupted organization in Ontario.
We can all do better to help those who need helping.
Unsecured and unwelcoming location, the staff all drive high-end sports cars jeeps and suvs, while the clients of the shelter go with out blankets and fresh bread.
I wonder where the donations are going?

This "cooperative care " cooperative ! What is it they cooperate with how to have the brockville police put mentally ill elders into a far worse situation . With little to no resources and next to nothing to help to get a place for anyone . This is a sickening feeling that needs to be voiced. They should be very ashamed .

Homelike atmosphere. Those waiting to book their time, were polite n friendly as were staff. They waved us off!!
