I told them I have swelling in my neck that is quickly getting worse, but they still took so long that I actually started having trouble breathing, the pain went from a 5-6 to a solid 9, and I broke out in a fever. Maybe they would know if they let me get a word in, but they’ve been silently shovelling me from room to room for 7 hours. The max wait time is listed as 6. Speaking of, the hospital is dead. There is ONE other person in here with me.

They had a crisis, sorry for being rude guys.

My sugar dropped to very dangerous low. 1.9 there brought me meds and hydration meds took really good care of me.

I give praise to the Dr and nurses

I took my wife to the hospital in Newbury at 2.30 am
She was very sick from influenza and the guy at triage, which was extremely rude by asking us why we came in at that time with an attitude. I said isn't this a hospital, then he got even ruder. Very disappointed. He said there was no doctor until morning. A hospital with no doctor?
I normally would give 5 stars but this guy should have stayed in bed. Other than him it is a nice hospital .

No wait time what so ever, free parking and nurses and doctors were super friendly. I was in an out of there including taking. Xray in about 90 minutes or less. In Chatham I would have been in the waiting room for probably 6 hours and up.

Spent six hours just to be told my son needs to rest aNd hydrate. The staff was super friendly, and thorough however one single Dr for an entire ER is a little ridiculous. With more staff this could be a fantastic ER for folks in the many rural communities close by.

Been going here for years and the service has always been brutal. Staff is often miserable, rude, and unprofessional. It's never busy yet the wait time is insane, on average about 3 hours just for them to tell you you're fine. You leave as you come in and you know just about the same. WebMD does a better job diagnosing then their staff. Free health care at its finest!

This hospital is an absolute pleasure to visit for appointments and emergencies. The intake woman at the front is so kind and legitimately caring. The nurses there are always quick to help. The wait times are always fairly fast.
