The changerooms, conditions of washrooms and bathing showers stalls are absolutely disgusting and unclean. Not easily accessible by wheelchair or stroller as there is a step up to enter in and out. The pool is monitored by lifeguards but that's about it. The little pool, or the hot tub or whatever was closed. Outdoor grassy area had poop in the grass....overall impression was dirty and dingy feeling.. to have been chaged almost $10 for little less than 2 hours of swimming in their chlorine filled dirty water was a waste of money and time.

Great location! Lane swims at lunch are great not over crowded at all! Staff changes every year but are awesome! Building has some age but it’s a seasonal operation and building maintenance is kept up! Great Pool!

Nice outdoor pool where I did a short recovery zone 2 workout. The temperature of the water was perfect for training. They have a nice pool deck/pick nick area. And apparently it's never really busy here.

Pool is not greatly cleaned, debris floating around. Today in the slow lane, where 3 people basically walk in a single row, I asked the staff for a noodle. Instead of an answer, another lifeguard took the box away to the shed. So I got no direct answer ! Lack of people’s skills … We were only 4 adults in all in the slow for 1/2 hr. Why such restrictions during lane swimming in the slow/leisure lane ? I mean we are not kids fighting over a noodle ! That was my 4 th visit 3 weeks. I was much looking forward to it but now I’m not so inclined unless I really swim in the med /fast lane. Oh and change room’s cleanliness leaves very much to be desired. ☹️ Better change at home and drive home with an extra towel to sit on in the car.

Very nice! Big pool is shallow enough to touch the bottom all the way across. Smaller deep pool has 2 diving boards. Wading pool was a little too cool for us so we stuck to the main pool. Wasn't crowded, even on a Saturday. Perfect to practice swimming with our toddler.

If you are staying in the west end of Ottawa, this pool is the best place to be. The main outdoor pool with a diving board pool and entry are about $3 a person; there are picnic tables, or you can bring your mat and sit on the grass for some sun tan.

Love this little pool. It is definitely in need of repair but every time I am here it feels like a blast from the past
