I will never go back there. The young lady was the rudest till worker I ever came across. Was shaking her head at me because she could not understand what I was trying to say even though her English was really hard to understand as well. As well she started raising her voice at me and was clearly so mad from the second I walked in there. I normally do not write reviews but I never felt soo disrespected just trying to get gas in my whole life. Coop should really be more careful who they hire as customer service is really important in a business like that..especially here in Canada. I will not be going back. And I will suggest to everybody else I talk to not to go there. What a disgrace. This happened Sunday afternoon February 18 2025. I also suggest having a talk with that young lady as I'm sure she is like that with every other paying customer

Absolutely unacceptable. I walked into this place needing to use the washroom—something as basic and human as that—and was flat-out denied. I clearly explained that I’m diabetic, which means when I need a washroom, it’s not a choice—it’s a medical necessity. And still, they showed zero care, zero empathy.

Refusing someone with a medical condition access to a washroom is not just bad service—it’s heartless. I don’t care how good your business is; if you treat people like this, you don’t deserve anyone’s money or support.

Unacceptable… first of all the doors were locked, secondly the worker did not responded, then when I was about to leave after waiting she opened the door for other customers. Maybe the workers need some training or it should be shut down as people can’t use the services.

Worst gas station, went inside to use washroom after fueling. Girl working inside replied it's not a public washroom, I asked if the pump is public or you guys fuel only your private cars?
She didn't have answers.
Another guy having same experience but after he was peeing outside building in front entrance.

Inept workers poor customer service, Prison window at 8 pm . Place a menu at the front if you’re going to lock the doors at 8 pm and be super rude to customers. Im calling corporate.

The female employee was trying to not do her job, she's a new staff there and my mom has also had problems with her, but today I told her at the window around 8pm that I wanted a protein shake that they sell there, she said it was out of stock and I said no it isn't I just came yesterday for it and it was full of stock but she insisted they didn't have it, so I walked over to where it was and started pointing at it saying I see it right there, she then tried ignoring but after I wouldn't leave she ended up letting me in the store to get it myself, she really thought she could tell me they didn't have stock lol like they'd sell 20+ shakes in one day. They need to get rid of that employee, she can't do a job as simple as work at a gas station then she's in for a rough time in life.
