We have been clients of the Comtechfire Credit Union in Amherstview for more than 13 years. We were drawn to their warm reception from the moment we set foot in the door and that hasn’t changed in 13 years. The employees are friendly and go out of their way to explain and to help us meet our financial goals. The online banking is intuitive and easy to use as is the banking machine. I would highly recommend using this bank.

A short while ago, we needed to find a new bank because our bank (HSBC) was closing its operations in Canada. Luckily, we discovered Comtech Fire Credit Union. And more importantly, we met Erin McGarvey, the Personal Financial Officer at the Amherestview branch. Erin is an extremely competent and professional individual. She helped us migrate our accounts from HSBC to Comtech Fire seemlessly. Moreover she suggested other products that we might be interested in. Whenever we have had a question about banking, she replies immediately with accurate and knowledgeable advice. In short, Erin embodies Comtech Fire's mission statement that reads in part, "We are committed to excellence ...." We would highly recommend this credit union to anyone who is looking for excellent, personal banking.

I have been with this bank for long time plus i have RSP there the staff at this bank are really knowledgeable on all there services they provide lot of detail there services are great and fast very friendly staff i would recommend this bank to anyone
