I had the pleasure of working with Sarah over the phone to get my Auto insurance in place for tomorrow’s vehicle pick up and she was amazing!
Of all of the insurance representatives I have dealt with over the phone she was the most helpful and efficient.
Sarah came off as such a friendly, caring and supportive friend who only wanted to help!
10 out of 10 stars I would recommend her to anyone who needs help navigating the insurance world!

I went with this location because of the reviews, however it now seems that there is only 1 person working at this location. You can never get a hold of someone, they state they will return calls and emails within 24-48hrs and do not return calls or emails. Worst experience and customer service, I will be looking for a new location to take over my policy. Save yourself the stress and look at another location!!! The main customer call centre was great to deal with at co-operators.

Beware of this office... even after poor customer service( unanswered calls and emails, bad attitudes and made to feel like im a child) and continued to take money from direct deposit even after proper policy cancellation. Beware of this company...

Really not impressed as I’ve been lied to twice in regards to why my policy increased and in regards to payment details. I definitely will be switching when my renewal is up. I was with my last insurance provider for 15 years with no issues (minus the last 3 years they kept increasing my rate), have been with Co-operators under a year and a half and 2 years is all they will get from me. Super not impressed with staff that clearly don’t know what they’re talking about. I also don’t appreciate having a staff member laugh at me on the phone while I’m trying to fix THEIR issue!!

Gary, Pieter and their fantastic team have been taking care of my personal, home and auto as well as my corporate building, liability and professional insurance for the last 15 years. Have been with Pieter and Gary for over 3 years and my family has been with them for over 10 years. We have car insurance, life insurance, business insurance and condo insurance with the Co-operators Alliston. Always a pleasure to deal with and rapid response when we had to put a claim through for weather damage.
