Hi,
On December 03, 2024 at the Working Centre in Kitchener to get help about how to request a copy of my Travel history in and out as requested by Service Canada in Kitchener, after 3 visits to this location asking for help on how to do the request online, no one could help me!!!? But I was to lucky to get help from Mrs Emma Parsons who was a very polite, professional, patient and talented lady with a bright and smiley Face all the time until the my request is done!

I am very grateful for the help I got from KW Multicultural Center while preparing the necessary documents for renewing the permanent residency and then the necessary documents for obtaining citizenship, especially Wasan Issa who helped me and was very patient and meticulous with the details to prevent any delay in them, so I highly recommend working with them.

She has helped me with the paperwork for me and my family when it came to getting our citizenship and passport.
