Brandy was assigned to our ticket for some work we had booked through Enercare. I was SO impressed by the knowledge, ability to quickly triage the issue and offer a swift solution, Brandy hit a home run on these points! What we were most impressed with was Brandy's genuine desire to help my wife and I and ensure we were taken care of with such a significantly high level of professionalism, WOW what a breath of fresh air! Excellent service from Maurice W.. He arrived to do some work on our plumbing at the time he said he would arrive. We had three very different problems to fix and he completed each one with ease of expertise. He was very personable and explained what the problems were and how he would tackle each.

Brandy is an experienced plumber and have excellent communication skills. She explained plumbing issues in a way that is easy to understand. Brandy Goodnough helped me resolve the slow drain issue in my bathtub. She took time to explain common reasons of clog and how to maintain good drain performance. She also suggested material that will keep the drain pipes clear. Checked on Th water quality and ensured the whole home water treatment device is working fine. Very professional and knowledgable.

I had a issue with one of the Bathtub drain and one of the leaky flushtank.

BRANDY was amazing and her attention to detail was very commendable. She listened to all of my problems and make sure everything is fixed with the clean job.

I wish every experts have that skills and attention to details like she has.

Had Brandy G in today for a clogged sink. She was awesome. Fixed the problem, very knowledgeable and friendly. Made a lot of great suggestions to avoid this problem in the future. Always a great experience with the plumbers and electricians Enercare sends to us.
