I have lived in the co-op since it was built 35 years ago. It has gone through many changes during this time but it has never been better. Management are on top of all maintenance requests and as members move out, the unit is renovated to bring it up to date, if it hasn't been done already. Our community center is available for members to use and we are starting community cooking lessons in the kitchen. Management does everything possible to assist members if they have special needs, e.g. don't speak English or can't read, etc. The co-op is a thriving community who have a summer barbecue, Halloween party for the children (and parents, if they want to join in) and a holiday party where turkey, ham and all the veggies and desserts a person could want. Sometimes there may be a problem with one of the members, but Management tackles the problem immediately (this is done in confidentiality so it may look like nothing is being done, or done quickly enough but it is eventually resolved. A great place for families, singles and seniors to live.

Wish I could give this place a negative ten stars. Cockroaches and mice feces in your apartment. When you complain about it, they send in a pest control person who only puts down the gel (very little) in the washroom and kitchen but not your bedrooms where the roaches relocate to. Do not move in. It’s absolutely gross. Not worth the insanity. Listen to the reviews. Also unruly children who destroy your property or cause issues with no repercussions.

I lived in Fife Rd from 2012 until 2015, I found it to be much improved once Carolyn came on board. I loved the place when i left, and wished I could stay, but it's in Guelph, and Guelph is not my scene. But I desperately miss the co-op

Very dirty cockroach infested Co-op. No one is running this place properly at all! I would avoid moving into here unless it is a last resort .

Because it’s only a couple of minutes away from bus stop and around 15 minutes walk from a couple of schools and we have a great board of directors who r always looking for new things for the community recently they had a gazebo put in so we can have a sit around and chat with each other both top and bottom parts of the co op has playgrounds for the kids to play the on
