It's a lovely co-operative housing site in downtown Kitchener. Steps away from luscious Victoria Park and close to the main transit hub, you couldn't be better positioned for downtown living. A community of people who care for and look out for each other. Bonus, our 'Old Building' used to be, among other things, a button factory! Affordable and personable.

People all love living here! Great community, with events, nice roof patio and a lovely community back yard with play ground for tenants' kids or grandkids. Beautiful awards winning gardens by volunteers. There is a new and old building. The old part was a historic button factory which enhances the unique ambiance. Right downtown Kitchener, close to many restaurants and shopping area in King Street, library and Centre in the Square (KW Symphony orchestra) all in walking distance. Bus stops right in front, Charles St Terminal with GRT and Go bus right close and Car Share in the extended parking lot. Victoria Park only a block away. Community gardens in the and Schneider House in the neighbourhood. People are very happy here!

Great place to live in terms of the community ambience. Rent is pricey but worth it if you can afford it. Completely wheelchair accessible. Close to amenities.
