This is a new banking relationship for me after previously dealing with another credit union and a ‘big bank’ that I left because of unsatisfactory customer service. I love this branch! Been using CCEC, now Community Savings, since I was a kid and I have no complaints! Feels so good to use a local credit union instead of the big banks that support pipelines and genocide. CCEC will be my forever credit union due to its morals and its involvement in the community. I always have positive experiences when I come in to the branch and i always leave feeling assured that my money is being used in a good manner.

I went to CCEC to open an account for my kids and even though I forgot half the documentation at home, Puja Patel made it so that I could still open the accounts without having to make another trip to the bank. I really appreciated her flexibility and how smoothly things went.
I've been at this bank since I was 10 and I will never leave!!! Even with the merger and changeover in staff, folks are still so kind and attentive, which I really value.

I needed some help scheduling some online payments- nothing too difficult for most people… perhaps I could have managed all by myself! But, it was soooo nice to have the patient, young lady walk me through the process. I feel reassured that I didn’t botch the process. Excellent fun banking.
