From my first contact with Al at Nexus, I was treated like a valuable client. From time to time I could stop in at the shop in Mill Bay and see progress on my home. It was exciting.

Any questions were answered quickly by Noah or Al. I had the option of changing where a window was located and making one of the bedrooms into my office. It wasn't typical for Nexus to add garages to the homes but it was done for me.

Al assured me that my house would meet any standards. He coordinated with the contractor who prepared the site. I was included in decisions such as styles, lighting options and paint colour.

I built in an undeveloped area. Al planned how the truck and crane could come in off the main road. Nexus has a close relationship with house movers, cabinet makers, door builders, flooring stores and other suppliers.

I recommend Nexus to anyone who plans to purchase a modular home. Thanks to Al, Noah and their team.

We had a terrific experience with Nexus Modular. After our plans for a site-built home went sideways, we were on the hunt for a cheaper, faster alternative. That led us to modular and, after shopping around, to Nexus.

From the get go, Al and Noah were friendly and responsive. We were impressed with their flexibility and willingness to accommodate our vision, which included some big asks customization-wise. Throughout the project (and after!) their customer service was fantastic.

We ended up with a wonderful home, on-time and on-budget, and for that we’re very grateful.
