Easy access off the highway. A modern style gas station with a large convenience store with washrooms. Here you can gas up, wash your car, fill your tires with air, vacuum your car. Thanks Co-op!

Still the same beautiful setting and selection from days past but the service has all but dissappeared. Went to the full serve pump yesterday and waited for attendant. No one came. Both staff were in the Window of the station looking at myself and the car. I finally due to time had to start pumping fuel myself. Once I had completed fueling attendant finally came out phone in hand and very lazily asked if I needed assistance. I told him It would have been nice but I had already finished. He then went on to back talk about how they had not seen the car because it was a small car after making eye contact with myself minutes earlier. The attendant was Rude, beligerant, and very condescending in his whole demeaner. As a person with mobility issues CO-OP was always top of my list. Bring back the service of days past.

Stopped here for gas yesterday on my way up island (as I've done many times before). Payment at the pump was not working so I went inside. I asked the young man for $40 on the pump I was parked at. At the time there was only 1 other vehicle at the pumps.

After paying, I proceeded back outside to begin fuelling. The pump wasn't working. By now, there were 2 other vehicles arriving for gas.

I went back inside & explained to the young man that the pump wasn't working. He typed on the register screen & said, 'try it now'. I went back outside and now everything worked fine. However, the pump stopped at $30!

Once again, I went inside. This time there was a young lady behind the til. I explained my situation and she told me not to worry because the remaining $10 would be credited back to my bank account. I said that is impossible since I paid inside. She started to argue with me.

Then, two other customers came in to complain that their pumps weren't working properly. One lady paid for $30, but got $40 worth off gas. Another paid for $20 but got only $10.

The staff recommended that we all work it out amongst ourselves. (You pay her $10, and the other lady owes you $10, etc etc)

I finally convinced them that this was not a reasonable solution & it wasn't the customer's responsibility to fix the business's mistakes. They agreed to adjust my pump for the additional $10 I was shorted. Awesome! Then I was 45 minutes late for my appointment. Brutal!

If you're running a propane powered vehicle, don't waste your time coming in here for a fill up,use the Petro-Can on the Malahat instead.
I was heading to Victoria and running low and was refused service on my Dodge Van with a factory installed propane system that is clearly labelled as such on the back door and on the fuel filler door. They said I needed the red sticker which converted vehicles get but being a factory job, this van likely never had one or if it did,it was lost in a windshield change along the way.I even showed the attendant, and later the manager, the factory manuals that came with the van but to no avail.
I then had to head over the Malahat with the gauge on "E" to try for another station and luckily it had enough fuel to get to one and I had it filled there with no issues
Bottom line is I'll never spend another dollar at any co-op station for this or any other of my vehicles.
Also,I don't know why I have to put in one star for this review to get posted, they don't even deserve that for their incompetence.

Co-op gas stations always have well stocked shops with good selection. They are also always clean, fresh and well presented. What I really appreciated and tells you a lot about the company, is the water bottle refill station. That little touch is something I really appreciate. And the employees were charming.

This is my preferred gas station out of all of the stations between Langford-Duncan.
