An excellent project that my local Rotary Club has supported. Clean water is so important in our "new normal" COVID-19 world, and ACTS assisted in publicising activities such as hand washing, to the local Ugandan community that we supported. Without clean water, such activities would be in vain. Highly recommend ACTS for their initiative.

Acts for Water provides something that for most of us in the developed world take for granted.... accessible clean water. They do it the "right" way by involving and partnering with the local community in Uganda so that they take ownership of the water system. I have been involved with many projects in the "majority" world and have witnessed both successful and failed projects. Failed projects typically don't involve the local community....they fail because "we" (the developed world) think this is what will work. Successful projects always involve the local community. Acts for Water has been successful because they always involve the local community.

A good team, doing great work!
This charity has a very personable team who genuinely appreciates all their supporters (ie; hand written letters, personal follow up calls). They are truly passionate about the work they are doing to bring sustainable water to these communities, building relationships, developing local skill, and putting people first.
