These guys did a fantastic job on short notice removing a badly stuck deep well submersible pump that was entangled in wire during removal. They helped saved the day for us to get a new pump installed and water back on at our home. They were responsive, great to work with and billed fairly.

I applied to Drillwell for a well and within a few days, I had a site inspection, an estimate and a suggested location to drill my well. Within two weeks, they called to let me know they could arrive with their crew and showed up with a fabulous dual rotary drill rig. Over the next two days, their crew worked hard, kept the place quite clean and organized and found a nice source of water! I got a complete report on the lithography and good suggestions on my next steps and the bill was just as quoted. I was so happy! Very impressed! Drillwell is the best! Thank you!

I contacted this company as they had previously installed a well on a property that we were considering purchasing. The gentleman that I spoke to (at length I might add) about the well was unbelievably professional and extremely informative. After my 30 minute phone call I knew more about wells than I ever thought possible and felt completely prepared when reading well reports on homes as we continued our search for a property. The time he took to explain things to me and help me understand the basics of well output and maintenance was really appreciated. Highly recommend.

Drillwell is a family run company that is organized, efficient, and there is no surprises with them as they keep you informed along the way. We found out that our well wasn't producing enough water to maintain our household so we needed to call in the experts. I've know some of the Slades most of my life and when I meet extended parts of the family they are all the same kind, caring and honest people. They provided us with all of the options and which ones they felt would be the best outcome and were absolutely correct with the outcome. Previous to drilling our well deeper we didn't have enough water and now we have way more than our family will need. But it gives us piece of mind that it was done properly without us having to worry for hopefully decades. Thank you all very much!

I showed up to Drillwell's office unannounced, to gather some general info for a well that was drilled 20 years ago by their team. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who quickly asked her office team if anyone available to speak to me. Shawn was able to help me immediately, answer all my questions and provided a very thorough response to my email inquiry. This was all done without me compensating them! Great customer service!

Excellent communication. I was referred to them by another company. They spent time explaining details about my well, risks of going ahead with possible repairs and sent me my well records. After sending someone to assess my well they recommended against major repairs and suggested multiple ways to improve efficiency of my well - all ways that gave my business to other companies. I called Drillwell to find out my drilling options as I was concerned my well might have dried up. Colin was incredibly helpful in trying to help me pinpoint the issue, offered educated suggestions on how to remedy it and called me back within minutes with a few more things to look for. We talked more in detail about their possible remedy, and their very reasonable ( I thought) price to drill, timeline, etc. I would most certainly recommend giving them a call first for any well issue. Very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and informative. I was incredibly stressed out the last few days not having any idea of what was going on, as I have tenants also (and no water), so now at least I can tell them what is going on and and a time line of the remedies to expect.
