Pat is an amazing contractor, he remodelled our bathrooms and we are so happy with the outcome. Pat was always on time, a great communicator, very efficient and detail orientated with his work. He and Tony went above and beyond in their efforts to make sure we were satisfied with the end result. They were very patient with us as we were pretty new to the renovation process and advised us well through many decisions that we struggled with. We would highly recommend Pat for any work you need done.

Hiring Pat was easily the best decision I made during my renovation. Pat is reliable, hard working, and professional. The subcontractors he hired were also fantastic. Things were pretty close to budget and time, any overages were completely necessary and came from unforeseen circumstances ie replacing weak pipes. If you are putting in a suite or remodeling, hire Pat.

I had the pleasure of working with Pat on a renovation for a Grammie’s suite in my son’s home in 2024. I live in Nova Scotia, my son in Courtney BC. I did the majority of my planning from Nova Scotia therefore communication with Pat was vital. Pat was a charm to work with, very knowledgeable and professional.

Pat and his team did a major renovation on our basement, including removal of a load bearing wall, installation of a bathroom and kitchen. He was so easy to communicate with and helped us understand every part of the process. The subcontractors he chooses to work with, were all fantastic as well. Overall, not enough good things we could say about PS Handyman!

Patrice and his team did a great job renovating our primary en-suite bathroom. It involved removing a wall, moving plumbing, repairing a wall, installing wall and floor tiles, and installing new shower and tub. Him and his team were very good with communicating and updates, they were detail oriented, very courteous and polite and took care of the rest of our house while doing their work. I'd definitely recommend them to others and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Do you need a company to get the job done on time with care and accuracy, then consider PS Handyman and Design. Patrice and his crew did a professional job renovating our two bathrooms.The rooms were transformed from older 1990s models to a beautiful addition to our home. Patrice and his crew listened to our ideas and made suggestions to make the bathrooms even better then we thought.

Pat and his team did a large ensuite renovation for me. Pat communicates extremely well, answers calls and texts quickly, and above all, they did an amazing job. My renovation kept throwing curve balls, but Pat made sure I was aware of everything going on, and the cost involved. I was so happy, I asked him to do a deck renovation at a rental property. That job is going awesome.

Patrice and his crew completed a 7+ month conversion of a ground floor space into a 1 bedroom legal suite. Patrice looked after all aspects of the job, including coordinating sub-trades for plumbing and electrical, flooring, drywall, cabinets, finishing, coordinating with the City for permits and reviewing work, and more. He is an excellent communicator with emails, texts and on the phone. When you work with Patrice, you have confidence that the work will be completed to a high standard in the most optimal way, and when there are issues that he will partner with you to resolve them. Renovations are never straightforward and Patrice is versatile and great to work with. I'm very happy we found him and his company and would work with him again. I highly recommend PS Handyman and Design.
