Helpful and kind staff. I was easily able to book my child's vaccines a week out.
Staff were welcoming and caring towards my child. Appointment was prompt. Would not hesitate to use this facility again

The staff here were AMAZING with my baby, and the facility has a clean and welcoming atmosphere. From the other Google reviews you would think not so, but they are great here!!! Very caring and really helpful with all of our questions regarding toddler development. We were able to book his vaccine appointments promptly, and they always returned my calls quickly. They were fantastic with my little one, and provided plenty of distractions before and after his vaccine. I will speak highly of this to any mom considering them for help with anything for their babies!

I went into the office to report a serious public health situation involving hundreds of people in the Valley who have been exposed to a toxic substance without their knowledge. I was promised a call so that I could make an official report and no one got back to me. I can't rate this office more than one star if they don't take public exposure to illegal, unregistered, toxic substances seriously. I decided to reach out to the federal government instead, who took me very seriously.

I went to get my so.n a covid vaccine and was told they did. Not want to open the package of phizer just in case the last appointment t didn’t show up. If they open it and don’t use it all it has to be tossed. Why are they assuming people are not going to come? If the other child did come then they would have had to throw the ready away. We were given the option of waiting for 30 minutes and then if the other appointment didn’t show we would be sent home without the vaccine. What?!?!

Very kind and helpful nurses but this office needs to be more accessible.I tried to call over two weeks early to alter my appointment time for my child’s vaccinations. There was no openings for 4 weeks and no waitlist for cancellations which I found very frustrating.
