My biggest issue with thia branch is that their 2 ATMs are frequently out of service, especially the drive-thru one. I'm constantly having to travel to other credit unions for simple cash withdrawals.

Probably the worst service and experience from any financial institution ever. High employee turnover means you will never be able to deal with the same person and your file will be shuffled around and lost in the transitions. Too bad, such potential!

The whole system is broken. Online banking frequently craps out. Go to the bank, have to deal with poor service and pushy, upselling sales tactics. No, I don’t want another credit card, I want you to stop gouging my money for exorbitantly high fees and terrible service.

I am beyond frustrated with both business and personal banking with Coast Capital. The photos attached are a regular occurrence with them, for the app and website. I can rarely get into online banking the first time, it regularly logs me out and just shuts down. I have just opened an account with their competitor and couldn't be happier. Bonus, I'm also paying less in fees! For personal banking, I had an issue with my debit card and haven't used it in over a year due to my branch closing and combining with this one making it super inconvenient. According to the person I spoke to at customer service, all I had to do was change my pin at a machine and all was good. Well, that didn't work and due to repetitive poor service in the past, I just can't be bothered dealing with them anymore. As soon as I can, all my banking will be transferred elsewhere.

I have been with them for business and personal for a couple years and very happy. Branch staff are friendly, and the business online help is quick. I have two incorps with them as well as a personal account, dealt with many other banks in the past and I find them the most efficient & straight forward.

I joined Coast Capital at this branch, nine years later I closed it here too. Abysmal customer service, even the branch manager doesn't care. Terrible roll out of their updated online banking.

Coast Capital was more interested in becoming a federal credit union and raising fees every. single. year.

The fees go up, customer service quality goes down. It's one of the many reasons I voted no years ago to a federal credit union. Oh well, not my problem anymore 🙂

They are not always perfect, but they DO have my best interests in mind.

I recently walked in, with 30 minutes to go in their work day. And my problem was handled with THE utmost proffessionalism. Contacts were called and my problem was solved.
