General banking is fine, but the investment department is terrible. I was lied to about accessibility and fees were not disclosed to me. Even when I asked very specific questions, I was given false information. The issues are still not resolved even when they assured me it would be taken care of.

I booked an appointment for my two daughters to open an account. I take the time out of my busy day to do so. However when I get to the bank I'm told the person that's supposed to help me is off sick the whole week. They said they tried to contact me few days ago but couldn't reach me. Amazing because I didn't receive any voicemail OR missed calls OR an email to say so. In fact only email I received was to CONFIRM my appointment. What was their solution? Oh you have to reschedule even though I and my other staff are just sitting around. If I could I'd take my business somewhere else. Maybe when my mortgage comes due I'll be out.

2 tellers mid day Thursday. WOW. So you can’t do everything online or at a machine. What an epic waist of my time, It doesn’t look like they care about their clients anymore to staff enough in locations.
It is a disrespect of clients time. I fully understand it is hard to find reliable staff BUT Covid restrictions are over- staff with an escalation plan that you can pull staff off the back end to open when needed and speed this half hour wait up.

Big advertising draw when we signed up was longer hours and more days open than other banks. Now they have way less hours than any bank, AND the lines are a long wait. Wanted to break a $100 into change and was charged for it, even though I'm an account holder. Also charges for e-transfers, which many banks don't charge for.

As a Front Line worker during Covid who’s hours to SERVE the community and clients have stayed open, waiting in a Line up at 10:40 am and being 6th in line while 7 are behind me- is unacceptable. If I could have done my banking online I would have but it was not possible for my transaction.
The fact you have shortened your hours to accommodate for Covid is absolutely not in best interest of your clients. Perhaps staying open later and hiring to accommodate would be in our interest. Change your practices.

Always a 10 minute wait in line to see the one teller they have working. Constant issues with their bank cards. I don't recommend this credit union anymore.

I was told by both representatives I spoke to that they take old bills at face value, and when I asked why I was not given any information, in fact the young lady walked away from me without giving a proper explanation.

Your are NOT a customer & member. They place obstacles at every turn that would, could and should help their customer/members. The worst customer service!
