Being a victim of domestic assault its hard to articulate my feelings, but over the past few months with help I have seen myself differently.
Feeling guilty, frustrated, angry, scared... its a safe place to fall apart and work at trying to pick MYSELF up.
The tools help me at being able to cope better when extremely overwhelmed.

It's ok, I'm going to be ok. Resources are there. It's ok to need and ask for help.

I have had two counselors; the first one had to stop seeing me because she quit her job and was transitioning to another job elsewhere.
This was after only 3 sessions.
The next one again I had for 3 sessions and she had the secretary phone one day in Nov 2019 to cancel her appointment with me. And then she ghosted me. I have called and left messages and she does not return them. It's now Feb. 2020.
This is so unethical and unprofessional.

Took along time to get an appointment. Saw a previous employee while I waited at her private practice. If her skills are representative of the society then I'd highly recommend not hesitating if you need help.
