Great place.
Wish the seats were just a couple inches wider so people didn't have to rub elbows.
Every seat had a great view of the stage. Very helpful staff.

I had an amazing time at the Cowichan Performing Arts Centre watching Legally Blonde!

The venue is beautiful, with comfortable seating and great acoustics that made the performance even more enjoyable. The cast was incredibly talented, delivering high-energy performances that had the audience engaged from start to finish. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s wonderful to have such a fantastic arts venue in the community. I can’t wait to come back for another show!

Cowichan and area: you’re in for a treat Sunday December 8 at 3pm! We just came home after watching Laila Biali and company put on a super entertaining performance here in Edmonton. Highly recommend that you take advantage of this amazing opportunity! I hope Google can post this in a timely fashion.

I rate this a 3 because the sound was so loud the facility offered hearing protection .
I reviewed the other sound comments, and it seems the quality and volume of the show are completely in the hands of the renting performance.

I was relieved to discover there was a quiet room where one can watch the performance without the excessive volume experience.
I had purchased center seats but had to leave. It was impossible to watch the family focused performance. With all the supportive parents, grandparents, and siblings , one would think that the sound technician would keep the volume within the safety levels to prevent hearing damage.
We were relieved to be offered the quiet room to watch the second half.
This is not the only school performance where attending the show required hearing protection.
I hope that the sound specialist steps up to advise the amateur productions .
In explanation, we were told the performers needed to hear the sound at a higher volume. .....perhaps placing speakers behind them ?
A decibel level check would be advisable for health and safety.
Otherwise, the theater is a 5
in all other aspects

Good acoustics and lots of seats, but the seats were crammed tight, not very comfortable at all. Wouldn't recommend for anyone with back issues etc. Barely any leg room.

This is one of the arteries of the heart of the Valley! I absolutely love this building have attended many events at the Performing Arts Center and I have only good things to say about the Center and all the staff as well!!
