Not worth giving the Celpip test here. P.S. I recommend not booking at this center.

-Extremely poor lighting of the room with the walls painted with a dull blue color.

-They have been seating 40-50 people in such a small room. The person sitting aside to me was bumping my elbow while I was typing on the test. Thus, One can imagine the scenario.

-Before giving the speaking test, I already perceived that it will be a chaos when everybody starts their speaking test.

-No water was provided to us. Since, We cannot take our bottles inside the examination hall, it is expected from the staff to provide us a water bottle. It is a usual thing in other test centers but somewhat different with this one, I suppose. While the time came to give my speaking test, my throat was already dry enough to constantly speak for the next 20 minutes.

-They had no lockers, just red bags with a zip on top to keep our stuff in. They were matching the bag number to our name on a list during attendence.
However, When it was the time to go, nobody was checking the people leaving the hall. Simply, somebody can take your stuff while you are giving your test.

Note: I still got the desired score but could have performed way better if it was not for this centre. Also, I can't see whether their center name for registration on the website again. Maybe, Too many complaints from other students that they had to shut this center down.

We are newcomers. We arrived in Surrey a short time ago and we were looking for an organization that would support us morally. One day they sent the Diver City organization to one of the groups, specifically Wasan Wajdi, and they said that she is a wonderful person and provides her services well. I actually contacted her and set up an appointment for us at her workplace. She arrived at the appointment and was a polite person. I saw nothing but respect and sophistication from her. She devoted a very long time to me, nearly two hours, given our special situation. She confirmed that she would strive to stand with my family and provide what is best?

In this e-mail, I would first like to extend my sincere thanks to your generous organization for the wonderful work you provide to newcomers. We have heard a lot about you, in terms of your wonderful stances and actual assistance to those who left their countries due to persecution and other things. You were truly people to emulate, as we see in you hands extending to provide assistance until families settle in Canada

I also extend all my thanks, appreciation and praise to this wonderful personality, who is truly a person dedicated to her work and is still giving to many.

I extend my thanks to this organization, which has helped me with a lot of information and advice, as well as with translation and filling out government forms. I speak Arabic, and I communicated with Madam Wassan Wajdi. She was a cooperative and respectful woman who had patience in dealing with the client’s problems. I wrote this to express my thanks to her because she is truly a person worthy of respect and appreciation.
