My insurance company sent VIP following a water leak that required almost all floors be replaced and I am so happy they were!

Tony and his team were all over everything from the get go. They offered gentle advice (never pressure) and went far out of their way to meet my scheduling needs and just generally make the whole thing as painless as it could be for me. Tony and every crew member/subcontractor who worked in my house were unfailingly polite, friendly, and accommodating, often going above and beyond to be helpful.

Tony was always reachable and made time to talk whenever I had questions or requests.

I will absolutely turn to this company for all future home renovation/restoration needs.

After a 6 month wait, with nothing being done we contacted VIP Property Restorations for help. Tony and the entire team went above and beyond to help us get our main bathroom up and running. The professionalism and care they took while restoring our bathroom was exemplary.
