Very helpful. Staff is friendly, easy location for residents of Duncan, Cowichan Valley. They helped both remind me via phone that my parking tag was expiring and could also renew by phone or in person.

Needed to help a client of the Duncan Food Bank obtain a package of Depends, which often are too expensive for people on a limited budget to purchase. A quick stop at Independent Living solved the problem! All we had to do was speak to the employee through the door (Covid safety practices were excellent!) and within seconds we had them in hand!
